Patrick Lee Hubbard is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, educator, and podcast host whose work spans the breadth of professional and fine art image-making. With a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Photography from the University of Houston and the Paris College of Art, Patrick’s education laid the foundation for his practice, which bridges traditional photographic methods, such as film-based processes, with cutting-edge and often controversial technologies like AI image-making. This diverse experience gives Patrick a unique perspective on the evolution of visual storytelling, allowing him to critically examine the intersections of creativity, technology, and culture.

As the host of The Urbanaut Podcast—produced in collaboration with Urbanautica—Patrick engages with photographers, artists, and cultural thinkers to explore the evolving narratives shaping contemporary art and visual culture. Through these conversations, he fosters a platform that bridges critical theory with practical insights, offering listeners a comprehensive look at the dynamic interplay of creativity and technology.
